Why Assembled Ceramic Houses
The Origins of Assembled Houses.

The Brick house was not typical for the entire region of middle Europe. Every region had its own typical, traditional architecture determined to a considerable extent by availability of raw materials and by the natural conditions of the surroundings. In some regions were traditional half timbered or rustic buildings in others people used adobe, or stones. Later, bricks houses were built in all regions of Slovakia. Technical development of assembled houses was based on the development of new new construction methods and new materials. This new generation of light, solid wall ceramics houses represents a successful and modern comeback of older traditions.

The Past: What is an Assembled House Actually?

Assembled houses are in general popular. In North America they represent almost 80% of all new houses and in Europe approximately 50%. They have many advantages which in conventional brick houses are absent. Their construction is fast and cost effective. It is a disadvantage that up until now assembled houses were only made from wood, metal and concrete. Mistrust, and skepticism was developed by many owners of such constructions, because efforts to simplify and rise the pace of development resulted in poor quality of thermal and sound insulation and low energy efficiency. Prefabricated houses and distasteful apartment buildings built from concrete walls in all communist countries made an art of how not to make an assembled house construction and we all should learn from this negative experience.

“The Present”: New Generation of Assembled Houses, Light, Solid Wall Ceramic House

New generation of assembled houses from light ceramic materials is far more developed than traditional constructions, mainly because of their (we save time, money with quality):

Good quality ceramic houses reached the highest standards and received all certificates for the quality of their technical attributes. In area of technical-esthetic attributes where accuracy is measured in millimeters, assembled houses are in leading positions. With their thermal and sound insulations qualities they surpassed most, if not all traditionally built bricks houses.
